In November of last year we travelled for a special CPR for Professionals training in the North West.
Saw some old friends, made some new ones.
These amazing women (all allied health professionals) are skilled, intelligent and incredibly competent in what they do. And on top of that, amazing mothers, wives and loyal friends.

Their beautiful children joined for the morning to observe and get some exposure to what CPR is. What better way to learn than playing around with mom. 🤓
Learning CPR equips you with life-saving skills, enabling you to act promptly in emergencies, which can double or triple a victim's chance of survival. This training boosts confidence, reduces panic during crises, and fosters a sense of responsibility and community preparedness.
So even though this was just an exposure opportunity for the kids, hopefully it ignited a lttle superhero flame in each of their hearts ♥️

Another lovely group of First Aiders.

I had the privilege to train 3 lovely ladies who are responsible for little toddlers.
Boy, can those little ones get themselves in precarious predicaments!!
At least these teachers/assistants will know what to do now.

First Aid Essentials for Children: Making sure your loved-ones are safe and you know what to do in case of an emergency, YES, sounds like a good idea to me.
We had a wonderful morning with some caretakers/nanny, mommy and even two awesome grandparents.

I personally know how important it is to know my kiddies are in capable hands should an emergency situation occur and I am not around.
The First Aid Essentials for Children Course covers a wide variety of topics including CPR, management of choking, trauma (like bleeding, head injuries etc.) and the everyday ouchies kids can get themselves into like burns, bee stings, lacerations and fractures.

And we learn all of this while having tons of fun!
