Behaviour is everything you do. It’s the actions we see — not labels, not assumptions.

Instead of saying “the child is naughty,” describe what actually happened:
👉 “The child jumped on the table and threw his book.”

This gives us real information we can work with.

When we look at behaviour this way, we stop judging and start understanding.
Because at the end of the day…

❤️ Behaviour is communication...

It’s a message, a need, a feeling expressed through action.
