Should I complete more CPD activities if the ones I’ve already done aren’t reflecting yet?

👉 No, it's not necessary..

✔️ Keep all your CPD records safe
✔️ Allow at least two weeks for processing
✔️ Check with your service provider how often they submit CPD points
✔️ If it’s been more than two weeks since submission, lodge an enquiry with the HPCSA

HPCSA CPD points not reflecting yet?

Don’t panic 😊

We know this time of year can feel stressful for many practitioners trying to stay CPD compliant. If your points haven’t reflected yet, there are a few simple steps you can take to stay on track and protect yourself.

✔️ Keep records of all your CPD activities
✔️ Double-check your HPCSA number on certificates
✔️ Submit a query to HPCSA (even if they don’t respond immediately)
✔️ Allow time for verification and updates

Please be reassured that Wiggly Education has submitted all CPD data up to 29/03/2026 and will continue to follow up on outstanding points.
