It's the month of November or let's say Movember... Our focus will shift slightly to men's health this month as November...

It's the month of November or let's say Movember... Our focus will shift slightly to men's health this month as November is also known as prostate cancer awareness month. Firstly we want to encourage all men to get themselves checked out by their Drs or visit the nearest men's health clinic just for an overall health check ... Statistically speaking men are not that great at looking after their health unfortunately. Men have come a long way but the health of men according to several studies is still NOT a priority for many men.

We are encouraging men to start prioritizing their health holistically speaking. The main focus will be to just start moving. 30 days of physical activity. We will also encourage men to review their mental and spiritual health during this month. Men still have a valuable role to play in our society. And this role is best fulfilled as holistically healthy individuals.
