Have you reached the "end of year fatigue", or have your stress levels increased?
Here are 6 ways to improve your overall wellness and manage your stress (The 6 Best Doctors).

In addition, remember to :
1) Practice mindfulness: Deep breathing exercises calms the nervous system

2) Exercise: Physical activity assists in releasing tension and improve your overall mood (Endorphins = happy hormones)

3) Prioritize sleep: Sleep is a crucial part of recovery and managing stress levels. During sleep the brain is busy doing "house keeping" to ensure you can function optimally the next day

4) Set boundaries: Learn to say "No" where needed to protect your time and energy

5) Connection: talk to and engage with trusted friends, family and colleagues who provide a safe and healthy net around you

To bring the International Physiotherapy Back week to a close, yesterday we had the privilege of hosting 6 beautiful ladies for an exercise class.
In keeping with the theme of the week, advice and tips were shared as well as practical ways to improve balance, flexibility, posture, cardio and endurance in order to promote HEALTHY AGING.

New resolves were made by our guests that they would like to implement in their daily lives going forward.
