POTATO SALAD
This remains one of the most loved side dishes in South Africa – especially for this time of year. At COOKING FROM THE HEART we always aim to provide recipes for all your favourites, giving it a healthier twist, without sacrificing any of the flavour.
For this potato salad, we replaced some of the mayonnaise with plain yoghurt to reduce the fat content, but still give you a delicious creamy dressing.
