As the year draws to a close, I’m offering a small series of Festive Sound Journeys here in McGregor β€” gentle spaces to rest, reflect, and transition through the Solstice, Christmas, and into the New Year.

These sound baths are held with care and intention, supporting deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and heart-centred presence. Some sessions are offered by energy exchange, and others are gifted as an offering to the community.

If you feel called to slow down, soften, and reconnect during this busy time, you’re warmly welcome.
