Harmonic Rebirth | Retreat Yourself
I’m deeply honoured to be co-hosting a very special ceremony at Retreat Yourself Festival with two souls I truly admire — Kylie Nel and Karl Gong.
Harmonic Rebirth is a Blue Lotus tea, Reiki and Gong ceremony held as a gentle threshold — a space to release, recalibrate and step into the new year feeling lighter, clearer and more aligned.
In Human Design, Gene Keys, the Chinese New Year and Celtic traditions the new year falls at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb. Energetically, — closer to this time of year when Retreat Yourself takes place. This ceremony is intentionally held within that liminal space: where the old has completed, and something new is quietly asking to be born.
An invitation to soften the nervous system, open the heart, and allow what has been heavy, unresolved or carried too long to fall away. Blue Lotus supports deep peace and remembrance, while Reiki and the gong work together to restore harmony across body, mind and spirit.
Held with two practitioners who bring depth, integrity and love to everything they offer, this ceremony carries a frequency of true care and reverence. A space to be held, to exhale, and to emerge renewed.
