Choose to live with gratitude. 🙏

Researchers from the University of California Davis demonstrated that individuals with an outlook of gratitude experienced an increased sense of well­-being relative to their comparison groups.

"Experiencing an emotion reinforces the neural pathways of that particular emotion as it Connects the brain, heart and nervous system."

It is important to take a moment each day and remind yourself of 3 things you can be grateful for that day.

Exercising daily gratitude can bring about a greater level of positive feelings which will positively change your attitude as well.

"The accumulated effect of sustained appreciation and gratitude are easier to recreate with continued practice over time."

This improves the immune system’s first line of defence as a result of an increase in the IgA antibodies, that supports a better response to pathogens.

Gratitude results in biochemical changes that improves hormonal balance with an increase in the ‘’anti-ageing’’ hormone DHEA.

Surrendering yourself to gratitude and focusing on personal blessings can increase physical health, lift your mood, reduce stress impact on mental health and improve interpersonal relationships.

We moved to our new premises mid-January 2021. After 3 months we definitely feel at home now and enjoy the quiet environment in the midst of nature.

You will still find Maryna at reception, ready to support you.
