There are a lot of NEW SMP providers popping up in Cape Town, often providing SMP as an add on, a lot of these practitioners have had little more than a five day training course to their names, offer prices that are way below the pricing point and are basically going to practice their new found skill on the unsuspecting client.
Experience is everything with SMP and it is a HUGE RESPONSIBILITY. SMP is a life changing treatment if it is performed correctly but can leave a client in absolute despair if not.
The clinic I trained and worked with, had two senior practitioners, both with around 9 yrs experience at the time to guide me, I believe this is essential.
PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE! Every practitioner should have dated certificates on their walls if they are worth their salt. My first certificate is dated 2017 and the other three are from 2018.
Bad SMP is detrimental to everyone that is passionate about this life changing treatment, that puts smiles on so many faces, this is why we do this!
