2 Stretches that help reduce neck and shoulder stiffness associated with Boxing πŸ₯Š

Stretch 1: Upper trapezius
- Hold for 20-30 seconds each side
- You should feel the stretch from your neck to your shoulder
- Pull your arm towards your opposite hip to stabilize your shoulder before stretching your neck to the side

Stretch 2: Pectoral
- Choose a variation that works for you!
- Hold for 20-30 seconds
- You should feel the stretch in your chest

Stretch 1: Hip Flexor (Psoas)
- Hold for 20-30 seconds each side
- You should feel the stretch in the front of your hip
- Tuck your tail bone in before driving your hips forward
- Keep your body upright (don’t bring your chest towards the floor)

Stretch 2: Lower Back (Quadratus Lumborum)
- Choose a variation that works for you!
- Hold for 20-30 seconds each side
- You should feel the stretch on the side of your lower back
