With the necessary approvals secured and funding in place, the project has received the official green light to proceed. Works will begin with the basement and piling phase, setting the foundation for what will become one of Newlands’ most considered and refined retirement developments.

This milestone reflects strong confidence in the Cannon Brewery vision, reinforced by strong sales momentum and the strategic decision to advance early construction works during the summer months. As the development moves into its build phase, we anticipate continued interest as the estate takes physical shape.
