Wytham West Gate Progress Update

Our team is hard at work as we move toward the end of the year - and we’re right on track.

With ground floor slabs complete, we’re now progressing upward and aiming to cast all first floors before year-end. Every week brings us closer to welcoming our newest residents into the Wytham community.

It’s an exciting phase for the Estate as West Gate continues to take shape, reflecting the same refined living experience that has made Wytham Estate so sought-after.

A special evening at Wytham Estate 🎄

Last night, our residents came together to enjoy the annual Wytham Estate Christmas dinner - a memorable evening filled with great food, festive cheer, and wonderful company.

From shared laughter around the tables to the unmistakable sense of community in the room, it was a celebration that reminded us why Wytham feels so much like home. Judging by the smiles, it was very much loved by all who attended.

Originally the private study of businessman Stanley Lewis, who purchased the estate in 1961, this room once hosted countless business meetings and conversations that shaped an era. Today, lovingly restored by AVIEW Developers, it remains a cornerstone of the estate — a peaceful, book-lined retreat for residents to gather, reflect, and connect.

From its beginnings in the 1880s, when Henry Beard first built the grand house on subdivided Stellenberg land, through Judge James Stratford’s time as owner, to its thoughtful transformation in 2017, Wytham Estate continues to honour its heritage while embracing modern living.
