👏👏👏T E S T I M O N I A L 👏👏👏 Having suffered with severe IBS-D for over 11 years, I was introduced to BSR through a friend mid-2021.
Although sceptical at first, after 11 years you get to a point where you're willing to try ANYTHING to see some resolution.
My IBS was suddenly triggered when I was 19 and in my 2nd year of university, and it's safe to say I went from being 'normal' to suffering with severe abdominal cramps, bloating, nausea and diarrhoea overnight, symptoms that have lasted ever since. I went to the GP and was referred to the hospital, going for various scans and tests over a period of 4-5 years, and was even misdiagnosed with bile acid malabsorption and put on medication for it (which had no effect whatsoever).
I was referred from specialist to specialist and even to a nutritionist, but nothing helped alleviate or ease my symptoms, and eventually, I was discharged and told to 'do what works best for me and deal with it on my own as I knew my symptoms best' and there was nothing more that could be done for me. It's safe to say, the following years were just a case of having good days and bad days and dealing with all as best I could.
In Summer 2021 I was introduced to James and the practice of BSR. James told me his story (having been through similar health issues and seeing improvement when he himself went for BSR), and although initially sceptical, I gave it a go.
Within the first 5 sessions, I could already see a massive improvement in my symptoms and was actually shocked to see how my health was improving. Fast forward 8 months of sessions and my IBS has massively improved, I'm no longer suffering from constant migraines, my sciatic pain as well as achy joints have all disappeared and my health is so much better!
The daily stress of worrying about my IBS and how my stomach is going to be has gone and it has really improved my life on a day-to-day basis - to the point I've had to re-learn how to live with a normal digestive system.
This for me is a technique that has had a massive impact on my health and wellbeing, and I could not recommend it enough.
