Our recombinant human monoclonal antibody against IL-2 is produced in Nicotiana benthamiana plants for use in ELISA and Western blot applications. PtXโ„ข Human Anti-Rabbit IgG (A10B) is an immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody that specifically targets and binds to rabbit IgG. This product is routinely used as capture antibody to coat plates when determining levels of rabbit primary antibodies present in biological samples. Its versatility allows researchers to choose the most suitable reporter molecule for their specific experimental requirements.

Attached is an ELISA dose response curve using PtXโ„ข Human Anti-Rabbit IgG (A10B) to detect coated Rabbit Anti-SARS-CoV-2-Nucleocapsid at 0.5 ng/ยตl and increasing concentrations of antibody. Experiments were performed in triplicate, with error bars representing standard deviation (SD).
