Next week I’ll be attending the Absa Cape Epic, one of the toughest mountain bike stage races in the world.

Events like this are a powerful reminder of how much the body absorbs when training and competing at high levels. Recovery, mobility, and managing load become essential — not only for professional athletes, but for anyone balancing training with work and everyday life.

Hands On The Move will be closed from 15–22 March while I’m away.
