I thought I was done with this for a while.

As most of you know, this year has come with a number of strange Injuries and mishaps, which may have seemed unrelated to each other.

But the body does not function in isolation…

At times like this, it is important to remember to always look for the 1 cause, 1 cure - where and why is the nervous system not adequately able to adapt to the environment?
