There are two things you should do to make sure you are a part of the 6%:
✔️Invest at least 15% of your salary each month - this needs to be an investment specifically for retirement.
✔️Do not touch this investment until you retire! If you invest through your employer you may get access to your pension fund when you switch jobs. Resist the temptation to withdraw and your future self will thank you.

Your budget should cover all of your expenses for the month and include contributions to your savings account. If you still find yourself needing to dip into your savings account then that means you either haven’t stuck to your budget or the budget you’ve set isn’t realistic.

To stop yourself from raiding your savings, revise your budget to make sure it is realistic and you’ve included some fun money in there. Once you are sure you haven’t missed anything, make sure you stick to it💪

Use this strategy to pay your debt quicker!
Start by making a list of all of your debts and their associated interest rates and order them starting from the highest interest rate.
Make sure to pay the minimum amounts on each debt except the first one on the list.
Pay as much as you can each month to the highest interest rate debt. Once you have paid the highest consuming debt off, do the same with the second-highest interest rate working down the list until you are debt-free.
