Who knew that a quick stop at would spark so much creativity? βœ¨πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

I picked up a handful of broomsticks and stoppers, and instead of sweeping floors, they’re now helping us strengthen cores and align spines in Pilates class! It’s such a great reminder that wellness doesn’t always need fancy equipment β€” sometimes it’s just about a fresh perspective and a little imagination. πŸ’‘πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ
