Have you ever noticed that when you move from a crowded city to the countryside, you sleep better and more soundly for the first couple of days? β™₯️

Spending a few hours in a forest has the same effect - the absence of noise pollution in the forest is particularly beneficial, but the higher concentration of oxygen can be considered a form of oxygen therapy. Feedback that we regularly receive from our forest bathing guests include - improved sleep, enhanced mood, feeling more energetic and less stressed β™₯️

The high concentration of anions produced by photosynthesis and water masses in nature also have a positive effect, and stimulate the cells in the body.
