So excited for this challenge - starts Monday 30th

What it entails:
- 3 x 30-40 min strength training sessions/week
- prerecorded so they can be done in your own time
- modification given and suitable for all levels from complete beginners to advanced
- nutrition advice and how to calculate your daily calories and macros
- weekly LIVE online chats about different topics related to this phase of life - interactive
- WhatsApp community for accountability
- WhatsApp access to ask me directly any questions or training advice, even videos of your exercise if you struggling

I qualified as a Physiotherapist and spent a few years working in the UK in orthopaedics, sports injuries and back and neck rehab.
In 2004 I returned to South Africa and started building Back in Action, combining physio treatment with strength, mobility and exercise rehab.
