I love this day so much - the day I deliver new yoga mats to my new students. 🙌

This week is all about LOVE ❤️

Classes have been based around love this week.

There is so much to love in this world - starting with yourself. 🌈 Give yourself a big hug and say out loud "I LOVE YOU"

We LOVE dogs 🐶 - do a downward facing dog,
cats 🐱 - cat pose.
We even loved spiders 🕷 - do plough pose (A spider hanging from his bottom on a spider web, the children love that pose) The list goes on...

Ending with a beautiful meditation 🧘
Laying down on your back and breathe love into your heart from the back -HOLD your breath in your heart and exhale through the front of your heart 🥰.
