It is such a fun lesson. With balances, deep squats, imagination and of course teddy cuddles. ✨

Vinyasa / Power Yoga for Adults.

First class of the year is taking place tonight. 🤸

I have just finished recording the class for a private client. 🎥

The class is based on Detoxing, renewing, refreshing, washing, cleansing and let us not forget "shedding" as we are still in the year of the snake 🐍 and only in Feb do we get to ride off, in action on our fire horse. 🔥 🐎

I feel truly blessed and grateful. 🧘
