The festive season is beautiful, but it can also pull heavily on your energy — especially in airports, malls, and crowded gatherings. These environments hold many different emotions and energetic imprints, and not everyone’s energy is light or aligned with your own. When your field is torn, open, or extended, it becomes even easier for external energies to filter into your space, leaving you feeling scattered, drained, or overwhelmed.

In busy or overstimulating spaces — and even when your home feels full or chaotic — visualise a soft bubble of white light around you and gently draw your energy field closer to your physical body.
