15 minutes super easy preparation family dinner, R380 for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) 😎:
Simply put your pieces of hake 🐟 in foil, pour some 🫒 olive oil, cut veggies (here I put baby marrows, cherry tomatoes 🍅, and carrots 🥕), a little bit of thym, lemon 🍋, salt and pepper, close the foil and cook in the oven for about 15min/20min.
While your fish is cooking, boil pearl barley, mix with pesto (there are some very good ready made pesto out there 😋) and mix with green 💚 beans.
Serve and voilà 🎉
Fish is protein, barley and green beans together also form a complete protein, veggies are full of fibers, vitamins and minerals = You get a full healthy dinner, low cost and it's beautiful 😍
I'm also a working mom so I fully understand the hassle of evening cooking 😅 and I don't do super fancy pics so that you can see it's really home made ❤️
