IMPORTANCE OF A BIKE FIT FOCUS ON INJURY PREVENTION.

A poor fit can cause overuse injuries due to repetitive motion and poor biomechanics. Common cycling-related injuries from a bad bike setup include:

Knee pain – often from improper saddle height. Saddle too low, anterior knee pain. Saddle to high, posterior knee pain.

Lower back pain – often due to a stretched-out reach to the handlebars. Sometime just a weak core 😁

Neck and shoulder pain – from poor posture or handlebar setup.

Numbness in hands or feet – Excess pressure on handlebars. Incorrect wrist angle or poor weight distribution.

Foot pain / Hot Spots – Cleat misaligned, pressure on nerves in the foot. Saddle position affecting pedaling biomechanics.
