Good afternoon everyone.

Just a thought, now is the time to start ordering your mince pies and fruit cakes Our fruit cakes are small (R250), medium (R500) and large R750) - all are fully loaded with fruit, nuts, and without or without booze. Our mince pies are made with shortcrust pastry and with our own family secret recipe and sell at R100 per dozen.

One last thing before we go on to the main business of the day, a question - what are we and all the people we know, short of? Time, time, time, time. Think about getting a voucher as a Chistmas gift/teacher's end of year gift, etc. It can be for any amount and is valid for 6 months.

Surprise surprise, the new menu is out and now includes puree for those caring for someone who is on puree food, or simply for those recovering from surgery, or treatment or strep throat, or battling to swallow. This meal is R55 plus R8.00 delivery for Pinelands. Regular sized meals are R75, plus delivery, and pensioner sized meals are now R65 plus delivery.

Welcome back to you all and best wishes for a good 2025 Unfortunately we have had to implement a small price increase: pensioners will be R65 and regular portions will be R75.00. Banting (items 3) becomes R90.00. If you don't feel you can manage the increased please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. We open on 20 January and have the new menu available already, so you can take your time to make up your mind. As usual the menu is a two week menu, payments are due via eft where possible, as we don't make a habit of carrying cash for safety reasons we don't carry change. We hope you understand.
