If you are looking for the perfect exercise for you, because:
- You just do not enjoy hardcore exercise
- Yet you feel guilty because you are not exercising or moving enough
- And you know you are loosing your mobility and becoming inflexible. Unfortunately that is what is often advertised and shown. There are many styles of Yoga and most definitely one of those styles will suit you especially if you are:
- A totally Yoga newbie
- Big, well-rounded, voluptuous or overweight,
- Aging, with accompanying inflexible joints, aches and pains,
- Generally unfit or just haven't moved much in ages,
- Struggling with stress, anxiety, depression or lethargy,
- So over hormonal, peri- and menopause issues,
- Recovering from illness or injury,
- Or just do not feel like exercising with other people or in a group,

I offer online classes, as well as personalised and customised classes in person at my home and even special event classes. I have always wanted to try Yoga and then in 2018, 3 months after my 50th birthday I had 2 strokes - I was paralyzed on my right side and could not even hold a pen to sign my name. After I left the hospital and physio ended I decided to eventually try Yoga and within weeks I regained 100% mobility and control over my body and I felt fantastic ... physically and mentally. During the 2020 lockdown time I finally had the opportunity to train as a Yoga Teacher, with my overweight, over 50's body. Other than Yoga, I am an accomplished Synergy Coach and Red Tent Facilitator, which I use to create flow that will help you feel as if you have balance and control in your life. We work through what you feel you need to work though but I cannot offer you a quick-fix - I do offer real, realistic and authentic.
