We know it can be daunting to start your new exercise journey alone. Therefore, we've taken all the guessing work out of the equation and put together a structured 8-week program to get you ready to smash your goal of completing a 5k.
We also want to keep you pain and injury free while on the road, so before starting your challenge you will receive a comprehensive assessment from a Biokineticist. Throughout the program you'll be performing weekly injury prevention sessions guided by a Biokineticist.
