Bleeding in young girls who haven’t reached puberty is not something to ignore.

While there can be simple explanations, it’s important to have it assessed so the right support and care can be given early.

When it comes to children’s health, it’s always better to ask and be reassured than to wait. 💙

A kind word from a patient is always the greatest reminder of why this work matters.

Creating a space where women feel heard, supported and genuinely cared for will always be at the heart of what I do.

Thank you for the trust, it never goes unnoticed. 💙

Period pain shouldn’t be something you just learn to live with.

When cramps feel different from your usual pattern, more intense, longer-lasting, or disruptive to your daily routine, it’s often your body signalling that something else may be going on.

If your period has changed or your pain feels “off,” it’s worth getting checked. You don’t have to suffer through it. 💙

A normal menstrual cycle typically ranges from 21 to 35 days, and it’s normal for that length to shift slightly month to month.

Consistency matters more than perfection; your cycle should follow a pattern that’s regular for you.

If your cycle suddenly becomes much shorter, much longer, or unpredictable, it could be a sign that your hormones are changing or that something needs a closer look.

If you’re unsure whether your cycle falls within a healthy range, I’m here to help. 💙

Skipping your period doesn’t always mean you’re pregnant, there are many other reasons your cycle can disappear, especially if you’re not on any hormone-balancing medication.

Conditions like PCOS are one of the most common causes, but stress, weight changes and hormonal shifts can all play a role too.

If your cycle has become irregular, it’s worth getting checked so you know what’s really going on. 💙

Your cycle can tell you a lot about what’s happening behind the scenes with your hormones and reproductive health, often before bigger symptoms appear.

If your period feels different from your normal, or if something has changed suddenly, listen to your body. It’s trying to tell you something. 💙

That feeling when your patient's Pap smear comes back normal… 😄 🥳

“Do I still need Pap smears after 40?”

A question I hear all the time.

The short answer: yes. Your cervical health still matters and screening remains one of the most important tools we have for early detection.
