Here’s one gentle tool you can try today if you’re feeling triggered, abandoned, or “not enough”:

🟣The Inner Child Pause 🟣

1. Place your hand over your heart.

2. Take 3 deep breaths, slow and steady.

3. Whisper to yourself: “I see you. You are safe. You are loved.”

4. Stay here for a minute, letting your body feel that reassurance.

This practice may seem small, but with time it helps soothe the parts of you that were neglected or unseen as a child.

From Feeling Unseen to Finally Feeling Worthy...

A story of transformation:

Not long ago, I worked with a client who carried a silent heaviness of neglect and abandonment from her childhood.

Like so many others, that pain showed up in her adult life in ways she didn’t always understand:
✨ Struggling to trust others.
✨ Feeling “not enough” no matter what she achieved.
✨ Carrying an inner loneliness, even when surrounded by people.

As we worked together, something beautiful began to shift.

She started reconnecting with her inner child — the part of her who longed to feel seen, safe, and loved. She learned how to release old wounds, soothe her fears, and slowly rebuild a sense of self-worth.

✨ Through our healing sessions, she discovered practical tools and practices she could carry into her daily life — gentle inner child work, grounding techniques, journaling and more, that reminded her of her worth. These became her anchors, helping her move forward with more peace and confidence.
