|Why you should never justify your "no" π
π½ββοΈ
Do you find that you do so well with your healthy eating all week but always fall for "just one drink" on Friday that ends up being a boozy weekend?
Then this is for you ππ½
When you know you are intentionally restricting your alcohol intake for health & weightloss reasons, good on you babes π₯³
But never feel the need to justify yourself to anyoneβΌοΈ
Everyone is entitled to their own journeys, their own opinions & own decisions
So never let your friends or colleagues decisions impact your own, or feel the need to justify why your own decisions are now different from what used to be the norm
The moment you anticipate having to justify yourself, you'll most probably find it easier to "go with the flow"... Then 1 glass becomes 1 bottle, and then you know how the story goes π
Instead, if you approach your health & weightloss decisions as just that - your own personal decision - then your "no" needs no further explaining ππΎ
Besides, we're all adults here. Just say what you mean & mean what you say.
They'll eventually get it, trust me π
Besides, there's more enjoyment in life than drinks... & I'll cheers to that π₯
