Equine Therapy 🥰

Bonding with BMW was truly special. It was a soul-enriching and uplifting experience that brought a sense of peace, freedom and joy. Would highly recommend this if you love animals and are seeking a healing experience. ❤️

My amazing colleague, has started offering Equine therapy as part of the care plan for our patients at our practice, . Equine therapy uses the connection between people and horses to enhance physical or emotional healing.

👨🏾‍💼What is Suit-up September you ask?
It is a prostate cancer awareness and fundraising campaign initiated by the Prostate Cancer Foundation of South Africa.

About 1 in 8 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. IF detected early it is treatable and curable. ALL men should have yearly screening (PSA level blood test and/or digital re**al exam) starting from the age of 45. Men with a family history or other risk factors shoud start at 40.

👨🏻‍💼How can you get involved?
1. Choose ANY day in September to suit-up to raise awareness. Post your photos on social media using .

2. Buy a Suit-up September badge for R50 online: www.prostate-ca.co.za/new-shop/. All proceeds go towards prostate cancer management.

4. Follow the Prostate Cancer Foundation of South Africa's page and get involved in their events .

3. MOST IMPORTANTLY encourage all the men in your life to go for their prostate checks every year as early detection saves lives! 👏🙏🏼
