This morning, I had two choices; stay in my cosy warm bed or get up for a run. Despite laying out my clothes last night and mentally preparing myself to get up, I still had a choice not to.

I chose to get up and go for a run despite the cold, chilled weather. I decided to keep myself accountable in every decision I make. It goes a long way. I'm feeling amazing and energised after my run! 😁
