Cape Kinetics

Cape Kinetics We are a combined Biokinetics and Kinderkinetics practice in Sunningdale, Melkbos and Yzerfontein.

Cape Kinetics functions as a practice that services the full spectrum, from babies to the older population, injuries to developmental delays and special needs. The Biokinetics practice has a focus on Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, Chronic disease management and Corporate Wellness. Kinderkinetics focuses on baby and early childhood development, as well as children with special needs such as ADHD, obesity, low muscle tone and disabilities in a fun, yet structured setting.

Warm welcome to Rachel👏🏻

Rachel is a qualified Biokineticist who graduated from Stellenbosch University with her BsC Honours in Biokinetics in 2024 and has since completed her internship at Corne Steenkamp Biokineticists in Paarl in 2025.

She loves making a difference in peoples lives. She is passionate about helping others through injury or disease and helping people reach their full potential and improving their quality of life.

She is dedicated and gives her best to all her patients. She enjoys working with people of all ages from children to elderly.
