Yoga has been my go-to through the ups and downs of life, and continues to be.
Our classes are founded in Hatha Yoga, and include asana (poses and movement), pranayama (breathing techniques) and each class ends with a Yoga Nidra — an easy and short meditation. My somatic approach to teaching will take you on a pathway of enquiry as you explore movement in different ways, discover the power and presence of your breath and experience the flow of energy in your body. We invite you to reconnect to self, and honour the body that you arrive in.
