Congratulations to Dr. Mike Harrison on winning the men's wetsuit race in the False Bay 6km Express Swim Cape Town this past weekend in 13degrees water 🥶
Taking second place, waterpolo player and patient to the Practice - Roddy van Breda.

Good luck to Dr Ben Bradford of Constantia Valley Chiropractors who'll be taking on the enormous challenge of the famed PE to East London Surf ski Challenge starting tomorrow morning. This will be the 50th anniversary of the event and aims to cover approximately 250km over 4 days!

We have a great, new addition to our awesome Team - meet Dr Ben Bradford!!
As an enthusiastic sportsman Ben has always had an interest in health and performance. Whilst studying Chiropractic at the Durban University of Technology he developed an interest in the areas of neck and jaw (TMJ) pain and dysfunction, autoimmunity and pain neuroscience. Outside of helping patients Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children as well as paddling, hiking and serving in his local church.
