This March, we’re so excited to welcome to Habitus Wellness for an intimate, 4-day weekend training designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students who want to deepen their understanding of the practice.
This training is for you if you want to:
🌀 sequence creatively for dynamic, slow and restorative classes
🗣️ find language and cueing that actually lands
🧠 understand anatomy for real bodies (with hands-on assists & adaptations)
🤍 work intelligently with injuries and diverse bodies
🔥 teach - or practice from intuition, confidence, and embodied experience
You’ll learn in a supportive, honest space with real feedback, thoughtful questions, and practices that meet you where you are : on and off the mat.
