Are flat feet bad?

Well - it depends 😅

Normally a person may get through life with flat feet while experiencing no major discomfort or complications. Each person, however, is different.

Some may have more severe flatness that could lead to Plantar Fasciitis (foot pain) and other issues and it would be best in these instances to introduce digital orthotics - which will relieve the impact on the feet caused by walking.

Did you know that feet and legs swell during pregnancy? 😲

During pregnancy, the uterus puts pressure on veins in the pelvis, slowing down the return of blood to the heart.
