We recently celebrated International Orthotics & Prosthetics Day with the team and thought we’d share the message with our community.

This is a day to recognise the skill, compassion, and innovation behind every brace, splint, and prosthesis. And the incredible people who overcome mobility challenges thanks to their incredible perseverance and use of these devises.

This work is about restoring comfort, rebuilding confidence, and helping people move through the world with greater ease and independence.

We’re honoured to play a small role in the lives of those who trust us for their care.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🩷

In our work, we’ve supported countless women navigating life after mastectomy- women facing not only the physical adjustments but also the emotional weight that comes with a breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Their resilience and strength are an inspiration to us.

We’re proud to work with trusted suppliers like , , Silima, Anita, and ABC breast prosthetics, whose thoughtfully designed breast prosthetics are transformational in restoring the confidence and comfort of women who have undergone mastectomies.

We want to encourage all women to prioritise their health and take preventative measures. Regular screenings and early detection can save lives.

The ACL is one of the most commonly injured ligaments in the knee- often torn in a split second.

Sudden stops, quick pivots, awkward landings, or direct impact to the knee are the usual culprits. That’s why ACL injuries are so common in sports like football, rugby, and netball- but they can also happen during everyday movement.

The good news is that with the right bracing, support, and rehabilitation, recovery is possible, and many people return to full activity.

From wheelchair to walking again.🚶🏾‍♀️🙌

This remarkable woman is a nurse, a caregiver, and now a double amputee survivor. She has reminded us what resilience looks like. After losing her first leg and later her second due to complications, she spent two years in a wheelchair. Today, she has two brand new bilateral transtibial prosthetics.

She’s back on her feet and moving forward with strength and dignity.

We’ve loved being able to give her these mobility solutions, thanks to ‘s hybrid suspension method. It’s been inspiring to witness her reclaim her independence and confidence!
