Take a few minutes for yourself ππ€ - Lie down in a comfortable spot - close your eyes - tune into your breath - feel the flow of your breath as your stomach expands and retracts - let all your tension go, wherever you are feeling tightness
- become aware of your senses
- allow the sounds to move through you
- feel them as they permeate throughout your whole being
- Let the mind come into relaxation
- let your mind be the observer. (Don't get stuck to thoughts, allow them to move freely)
- acknowledge your emotions
- tap into how you feel
- allow yourself to let go of anything that you feel may be limiting you. Let go of any fears that are holding you backπ
