I dove into women's specific Qigong postpartum with my second child. Shaolin Kung Fu was detrimental to my health. Few understand the intricacies of female cycles in fitness, and the harder we push, the more damage we incur. But women are stubborn and are not aware of what their bodies need. I found my way to stay Shaolin strong. Mastering Yuan Qi Qigong requires 3.5 hours of initial training and an additional 20 minutes per section. It's a challenge few women can meet, but with BalanceHER, I'm making this ancient wisdom accessible to all women.
