10 weeks ago, these men showed up with dad bods, busy schedules, and lot of excuses.
What started as an 9-week challenge has turned into something so much more.
Despite some setbacks and horribly busy schedules, they showed up when they could, which was more than usual - and they listened to me and tidied up their diets and here we are - 10 weeks later, stronger, leaner, more confident, and more locked-in than ever.
Yet as much as this was about shedding some body fat and being generally more healthy, this challenge was more about:
✔️ Showing up consistently
✔️ Being held accountable
✔️ Training with purpose
✔️ Having a team that has your back
Men don’t talk enough about how important brotherhood, structure, and accountability are for mental health. When you belong to a group that pushes you, supports you, and expects more from you — everything changes.
Strength isn’t just physical.
It’s discipline.
It’s community.
It’s becoming the man your family looks up to.
This is Project Alpha — and this is only the beginning. I am so excited to keep this group going as we head into the new year with fresh energy and enthusiasm.
