Popcorn 🍿 edition.

LETS HAVE A LOOK

yes... the good old kernels will always win that we will put in the pot with some oil that we can control and then we can also control the amount of salt we do or do not put over it.

But. Let's face it, you walking in the shops and you see the popcorn and you grab it. Let's see which ones are better to choose

My kids absolutely LOVE a popcorn snack before bed. I try my BEST to get the healthier one when it's available at the shops

Keep an eye out for the calories, fat content and fiber content in these microwavable bags.

And popcorn is going to be a better choice over the chips for a rugby game..... just FYI....
