Folio InterTel Folio InterTel is an instant telephone interpreting system that was launched in 2011 by the Folio Group, a language service provider, based in Cape Town.

Folio InterTel is an instant telephonic interpreting service which links clients to qualified interpreters via telephone. At the touch of a button any one of 37 languages may be selected for instant interpretation. Each interpreter is fully bilingual in their own primary language and English. Currently, the main focus of Inter-Tel is medical interpreting in hospitals and clinics, and the service will soon be extended to other areas of operation including courts, border posts, refugee centres and hotels.
