“Chocolate cravings? Try these Sweet Potato Brownies — energy-boosting and guilt-free!”
Who knew dessert could double as an energy booster? 🍫✨
These Sweet Potato Brownies are rich in fibre, antioxidants, and slow-burning carbs for lasting energy — no refined sugar, no guilt.
Ingredients:
🥔 1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
🍫 ¼ cup cacao powder
🥜 ½ cup nut butter
🍯 ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
Blend all ingredients, spread into a small loaf pan, and bake for 12–15 minutes at 180°C. Cool before slicing.
