On Saturday, March 28th, the Community Health Intervention Programme welcomed the Delft OptiFit branch for a gym session at SSISA. What happened was more than just a workout. It was a strong reminder of what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose: to move, to grow, and to become better versions of themselves. Instructors Cole Knecht and Thutukani Masondo led the session. It was filled with energy, encouragement, and positivity. Their enthusiasm was contagious.
Each exercise became an opportunity to build strength, confidence, and community. Moments like these show that fitness is not only about physical health. It is also about connection, motivation, and resilience. Every step taken, every rep completed, and every smile shared reflects progress that goes beyond the gym floor. The Delft OptiFit branch brought an incredible spirit to the session. They proved that just showing up is already a victory. With the right mindset and support, everyone has the potential to achieve more than they thought possible. Keep moving, keep showing up, and keep believing. Every effort counts.
