Changes to the bridge and tip of the nose can be safely done using dermal fillers. It's non permanent, minimally invasive, and can be done in my rooms in 30 minutes. Naturally more extensive changes can only be achieved with surgery. For those apprehensive about the permanency and cost of surgery, dermal fillers are the ideal alternative.
