Although Jason hasn’t been with us the longest, his dedication and consistency have made an impact !

Week in, week out, he shows up. He puts in the work, and leads by example.

A true dark horse- quietly hitting PB’s, humbly smashing workouts and never needing the spotlight to prove his progress. Proof that so often, consistency beats hype.

We took some time bright and early this morning to honour our amazing team!

It's been an incredible year and we could not have done it without these epic humans 👌 Sadly our activity was canceled due to the wind, but we decided to slow it down, go for a walk, catch up, search for coffee and bond over breakie 😄

2025 was great, but 2026 ...we are ready for you 💪💣
