🍇 It was an amazing privilege to be the official recovery provider at the Harvest Trail Run.

🙏 A special thank you to every runner who popped in at our recovery zone for a quick chat and catch up. We truly appreciate your time and enjoyed helping you all achieve your Ultimate Performance at the Harvest Trail run on the beautiful .

🌸 We are proud to announce that we'll be providing our recovery services to the upcoming and trail running event; The Blooming Trail Run!

👋 If you're fortunate enough to attend, please come and say hi or better yet, book a sports massage with us on the day.

🆓 You're also welcome to use our foam rollers and myofascial balls to aid in your recovery after your run for FREE!

👐 Remember to book your massages via one of our social media pages or online with your race entry.
