DISCOVER CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystal therapy is a gentle non-invasive form of alternative healing that works holistically to harmonize the mind, body, emotions and spirit, helping to increase our feeling of well-being, neutralize negativity, lift depression and to help us to become integrated, whole beings. Crystal healing can be used most effectively when combined with other healing modalities, such as Reiki.
Course start date: Monday 18 July 2022 (once a week for 14 - 16 weeks)
Course Time: 6.00 - 9.00pm
During this intensive 18 module, 14 - 16 week course, you will learn:

Choosing, cleansing and energising crystals
Master crystals and sacred geometric grids

Personal Alchemy
This course is based entirely on understanding yourself and others more. We all go through life pretending to be nice and good but seldom embrace the aspects of ourselves that create our pain, the unresolved, suppressed aspects. This is an excellent course that will propel you into a different way of being.

This workshop incorporates the following topics:
• Human needs development
• Embracing the self and understanding others
• Enneagram
• Shadow dancing
• Bringing light into our shadow self
• Understanding a belief system born of fear
• Slaying your personal dragons
• Archetypes
• Maslow's hierarchy of needs
We go on a three-month (12 weeks) journey of self-discovery, meeting once a week for 3 hours, online on Skype. The 12th lesson will be done in person, at my home in Milnerton.

This course will commence on Wednesday evening, 26 August 2020 from 6.30pm to approximately 9.30/10pm.
