Sheila is a Clinical Social Worker (B. Soc. Sc (SW) Hons in Psychiatric Social Work (UCT)) based in Muizenberg in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. She has many years experience in the mental health profession and specializes in providing help and support to adults and older adolescents.
She is also experienced in meditative, mindfulness and relaxation techniques which can ease stress and anxiety thereby helping clients to cope better and gain more enjoyment from life. On request, she is able to provide life coaching services.
Sheila works with adults, adolescents and families. On special request, Sheila works with corporates and their employees. Supervision to social workers and other health professionals can also be arranged. Additionally, Sheila has Skype capacity for sessions for people outside of Cape Town.
