Growing up on a farm taught me more than how to ride a horse.
It taught me respect for those whose livelihoods depend on nature, resilience in prayer, and the patience to keep going through dry seasons.

Those lessons still guide me in my business. In somatology, just as in farming, we work with nature – the body, the skin, and the rhythm of each individual. True results take patience, care, and consistency.

This Heritage Day, I’m reminded that our heritage isn’t only where we come from, but also the values and stories we carry forward. Every day, I get to hear my clients’ stories, reminders of strength, resilience, and grace. That’s a heritage worth celebrating.

Holding on makes me feel safe -
